Culinary Convenience, Inc. was conceptualized in the year 2002. Prior to incorporating, I was at a crossroads in my life to figure out what I wanted to do. My old executive chef, Andre Bienvenu gave me an idea of a "mobile toy store for chefs", and he thought I would be great at it. At the same time I was going for my MBA and needed to prepare a business plan for one of my classes. Sure enough, I created my business plan based on this concept and realized that if I put this plan into action, I had the potential of being successful. I went to my Parents with this plan, they loaned me the money and off I went.

The concept started as a "mobile toy store for chefs." I would just show up in the back of peoples kitchens offering them all types of smallwares, cutlery, apparel and knife sharpening. After a while, the customers started asking me, "can you get me heavy equipment; can you get me china; can you get me refrigeration?" and the answer was always "yes". After this, we started distributing glassware, flatware, china, equipment, refrigeration, furniture, tabletop accessories and more.

Culinary Convenience, Inc. has evolved and improved over the past seven years. Today we still offer the on-site convenience for chef.and distribution. We also offer consulting services and design food service establishments. We are always looking to improve on the products we offer and are always trying to figure out ways to make the operation more efficient.
